Holy cow! I can't believe this was so easy. I was scared to death of transitioning to a new phone system but the Get800Today support team assured me that it would be fine and they had the patience to listen to me stress. But when it came time to activate the PBX system, there was no reason to be worried. It was smooth and just made sense. I was able to select from templates at first but then when I got comfortable, I was able to configure the system to what I needed. It really was THAT easy.
