Options for Live Call Transfer
- Blind Transfer – Incoming calls are placed on hold and directly transferred to another phone or extension without further communication between the caller and company staff.
- Attended or Supervised Transfer – The caller is placed on hold while another extension is dialed. Extension holders can converse before the call is transferred over to the new extension.
