Follow Me Call Forwarding

You can add the versatile “Follow Me” feature to your phone and enable all of your calls to forward to a list of pre-programmed phone numbers where you can be reached until you have access to the incoming call.

With the Follow Me feature you get:

• Pre-Programmed Call List - Allows you to create your own customized list of phone numbers where you can be reached, such as your cell phone, home phone, or office phone.
• Automatic Forwarding – Your call list can be adjusted to fit the day and time of the call or redirected based on who is calling you.
• Be On The Go – Calls can follow you anyway so you can remain on the go for business or personal travel.
• Retain Confidentiality – Callers will not be alerted to the fact your calls are being forwarded to other phone numbers.
• Strict Privacy – Office staff will be able to reach your phone without you having to disclose your whereabouts.

The Follow Me feature is designed to give you the ability to be on the go and still receive the all-important calls. Select the Follow Me calling feature on your account and you will have the ability to enter alternate phone numbers of your choice, such as your home phone, your cell phone, another office number, or the phone of your assistant . When a caller attempts to contact you, the call will ring through to each of the programmed list of numbers until you are able to answer the call. If you are not available at any of the listed phone numbers, the caller will be redirected to your voicemail.

For instance, you are working at home for the day and a call comes to your office phone. When no one answers, the call will automatically ring through to your cellular phone. If there is still no answer, the call will again be redirected to your home telephone, where you can pick up the call. Throughout the automated process, the caller will have no idea the call has been redirected and will not have access to your other phone information. The programmable phone list can be updated and edited as often as you like through the online account site.

The Follow Me calling feature is essential for busy, on-the-go people who need to reached for emergencies or other important business. Follow Me calling means you don’t have to stick around to be everywhere you need to be.
