As each call comes in, the telephone number of the caller will be displayed for your convenience. For numbers you recognize, you can decide how to handle the call by answering it or sending it directly to voicemail. If the number is not familiar to you, the call can be transferred to voicemail or another extension, allowing you to remain in control of your time and not be interrupted by sales people or telemarketers.

The Call Announce feature allow staff to know who is calling before answering the calls blindly, giving staff the ability to make call handling decisions. Calls coming through will first prompt the caller to reveal their name prior to being put on hold. When the call is transferred to the intended extension, the caller will be able to hear a selection of music or promotional messages during their brief wait time. The call is forwarded to the appropriate extension.
Staff will answer the call, hear the name of the caller and have the ability to make a prior decision on how to handle the call. Callers are unaware of the process and all calls will be handled in a time-efficient manner. Priority calls can be answered in a timely manner. Calls of low-priority can be forwarded to voicemail without having to be answered. Staff can also choose to block the call or transfer it to another extension.
