Do I have to notify my local telephone company about the toll-free service?

You should normally be able to use the service immediately after completing the online application and verification. If offline registration is required, it will be set up within 48 business hours or receiving a copy of the registration by fax or mail. If you are transferring an existing toll-free number from another carrier it will take about 7-21 business days.
What is the forwarding number? And how can I change it?

Do I own my toll free number?
Yes, as long as you have credit on your number. If you carry $0 balance on your number for 120 days (4 months), your number will be recycled and as such, you will lose your number.
Can I choose my own toll free number?
You will have to ask us to do a search for the numbers that you are interested in. If the numbers are available we will then proceed to obtain them for you. If the numbers are not available we will inform you as such. You will have to start this process by contact Customer Support. There is one-time $35 reservation fee for this service.

Our toll free service is Prepaid at the Flat Rate of 3.9 cents per minute within US 48 states. Whenever the balance is low, simply login your account and buy more credits for your account.

After initial 30-day Sign-up, $1.99 monthly maintenance fee will be deducated from your account and then every 30 days thereafter. Any Unused balance will roll over and never expire. 

Are there any setup fees?

Is there any minimum usage requirement?
No! There's no minimum usage required.
  • Your 800/888/877/866 toll-free number(s) will be deactivated if your account has not been recharged for more than 120 days (4 months).
  • When you recharged your 800/888/877/866 toll-free number(s), but the account had no balance within 120 days (4 months), $1.99 monthly maintenance fee will be applied for the previous month(s).
How much for the tax?

What is payphone surcharge? And what if people called from a payphone?
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted a surcharge on toll-free calls placed from payphones. This charge is collected on behalf of the payphone service providers and will be remitted to them. Therefore, if your 800/888/877/866 number receives a call from a payphone it will result in an additional charge of $0.99 per call.
Am I charged for wrong number calls?
Yes. You may choose an 888 number to reduce this occurrence. This prefix is newer than 800 numbers and likely has been used by fewer owners, thereby reducing the possibility of wrong number calls.
Can I cancel toll-free service at anytime?
Yes, with Get800Today there is no long-term commitment. You can end your toll-free service at anytime (if you cancel your service after toll-free number activated, $1.99 toll-free number monthly maintenance fee will be applied).
In what increments does Get800Today bill?
Get800Today bills in one full minute (60 second, or called one minute rounding).
Why do I see the charge for one minute is $0.04, not $0.039 for U.S domestic calls?
All charges displays as 2 decimal places. e.g. 1 minute is shown as $0.04, 10 minutes is shown as $0.39. You will actually not be charged for the un-displayed $0.001.
